THE BOARD MEETING

DATED: 26/12/2023. The resolutions at the board meeting are as follows:

1. A new Logo brought by Comr. Teyei through the INEC Official was accepted and adopted. Thus, kindly adopt the new logo for GVEDI/TT.

2. Mallam Idris Abdulkarim A. was confirmed as the substantial National Chairman of our great association.

DIVISION OF LABOUR AS SPLITTED BY JUDE:

3. Bruno Akudeh is charged to work out and coordinate all the remaining zonasl, states, LGAs, Wards offices.
Report all activities to the National Chairman.

4. Wilson and Elizabeth WUYEP are responsible to in every two weeks set up conferences, coordinate the conferences, arrange the speakers, with consistency.
Report all activities to the National Chairman for approval.

5. Stanley Ikhane is to ensure uploads and maintenance of the websites, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook etc.
He is to coordinate all activities with the National Chairman.

6. Ola was nominated as Spoke person for the organization, response to key National issues through video, radio, etc, provide such materials to Ikhane for upload to the website as the case may arise.

7. TEYEI Myles and Stanley Young to Foster registration of the Party.
Report to the National Chairman.

8. The National Chairman and Ikhane Stanley should sort their Deputy.
